specialist cores to suit your application.
Both tube and fin or bar and plate cores
are available with a choice of tube and fin
pitches. Our manufacturing system allows
us the flexibility to produce cores with a
flow length of up to one metre in a variety
of height, depth and tube combinations. |
Oil Coolers
A vast range of standard or specialist oil
coolers are available, from the simple
matrix cooler to a complex fin and tube or
bar and plate unit which has the capability
to cool a Formula One car. Coolers can
be designed for engine, gearbox and
hydraulic oil applications. All of our
specialist cores are produced to size. |
Turbo Intercoolers
Both tube and fin or bar and plate
intercoolers are available, the units can
be produced to any size to suit any
installation. Our fin and tube cores have
internal porting to ensure maximum heat
transfer and strength, bar and plate
cores can be accurately tuned to meet
the specific characteristics of the engine
and turbo system. |
Oil / Water Heat
Exchangers
Where the use of a conventional air / oil
cooler is precluded for aerodynamic or
installation reasons, we can supply
specialist liquid to liquid heat exchangers.
These highly efficient units are supplied
complete, ready to install and run. |
Water Cooled Charge Coolers
Where installation restrictions do not allow customers to
fit a conventional air-cooled intercooler we can supply a
water-cooled alternative. We can produce a full
installation kit complete with water pump and auxiliary
radiator. |
Press Tool and Jig Design
In many cases we are required to produce accurate and
complex tank shapes for customers, if required we can
offer a complete press tool and fixture design /
manufacturing service. |
